On March 18, 2019, Dr. Steve Scott, president of Pittsburg State University (PSU) in America, led a delegation to visit FNU. Wang Changping, president of FNU and Lai Hairong, vice-president, met with the visitors. Directors of the Department of International Cooperation and Exchanges, the School of Education and the library also attended the meeting.
Wang Changping, president of FNU, expressed warm welcome to Dr. Steve Scott and his delegation, and then he gave a brief introduction to history and features of FNU. Dr. Steve Scott also introduced the history of PSU briefly. An in-depth exploration of cooperation between the two parties was made in such fields as education trainings, scientific study cooperation, as well as communication between teachers and students. Then, they signed a cooperation framework agreement and exchanged their ideas about the implement of the cooperation. During the visit, the delegation also visited the old photo studio, the library, the training center for normal college students’ professional technologies and the preschool education bases in FNU.
