Recently, Professor Chen Daqin’s team from College of Physics and Energy fabricated a hierarchical structure perovskite quantum dots-in-glass film (QiGF), and coupled a blue laser with a green/red pattern “QiGF wheel” to design a brand-new white-lighting source, and the QiGF-converted laser projection system showed more natural and real color restoration for its wide color gamut display feature. The work, titled “A Hierarchical Structure Perovskite Quantum Dots Film for Laser-Driven Projection Display”, was published in the journal Advanced Functional Materials. FNU is the first organization of the paper, with Liao Shengxiang, a master candidate of FNU, as the first author, and Researcher Huang Feng and Professor Chen Daqin as the corresponding authors.
